Award-winning artist and animator, Patrick Jenkins, author of Tales from Phantom City, will be in attendance at Hamilton’s Cartoon Foundry 2026! Jenkins is to feature his new, mini book, Jazz Nights, as well as flip-books, prints, pins, stickers, and, of course, Tales from Phantom City.
