Alison Preston

ALISON PRESTON is a writer, born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg where she studied English literature. After giving Calgary, London, Ontario and Vancouver a try, she returned to her hometown, where she currently resides. She was a letter carrier for 28 years in Winnipeg and on the west coast. Alison has seven published novels, all of which were classified as literary mysteries.

The Girl in the Wall, her sixth book, won the Margaret Laurence Award for fiction in 2012. Her forthcoming book entitled Something About Love will be published by At Bay Press.
