HAROLD RHENISCH has published 35 books, including 15 books of poetry, since 1981. He has won CBC Poetry Awards (twice), the Malahat Review Long Poem Prize (twice), the Confederation Poets Prize, the Roderick Haig Brown Prize for Social Responsibility, and national prizes for poetry, drama and journalism. He has been writer in residence at Skriduklaustur, Iceland, and has twice tracked Bach and Hildegaard across the Northern Camino. He lives in Vernon, BC.
