Jim Munroe’s graphic novels and prose novels have gotten him dubbed a “pop culture provocateur” by the Austin Chronicle. His lo-fi sci-fi feature films were praised by Wired and the Guardian, and his political videogames have appeared at Sundance and Cannes. He co-founded the world’s first videogame arts organization and now co-organizes Toronto Games Week. He was an Art Gallery of Ontario Artist-in-Residence in 2014 and he lives in the Junction neighbourhood in Toronto.
