MICHELLE LIETZ (she/her) is an Indigenous American author of mixed Yaqui, European, and Middle Eastern descent originally from the traditional homelands of the Potawatomi in southeast Michigan. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Literature, and her poetry has previously been published in Prairie Fire’s “NDN City” issue. Occasionally Petty is her first complete poetry publication.
