Cover Design Elimination Process
Rejected cover art for ‘The Glint of Light.’ The first cover, while it does show light, does not brighten up the dark in a way that best reflected the text’s message. The second image, while similar to the selected cover for this text, ultimately different text positioning was chosen to best reflect the contrast of light and dark. Lastly, in this third image we see a shift to cool tones which, consequently, highlights the darkness in the cover.
